Once a test is submitted, it is forwarded to one of our Team Leaders for quality control. The aim is to make sure the test scope and instructions are consistent, app sections are well defined, and the test environment is accessible.
Once the test is approved by the Team Leader, every new update will go through the same procedure of quality control again before we can invite testers. However, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager and ask them to edit the test within the first hour after the test was submitted.
If changes need to be made after the testers received their invites and started testing, the only way forward is to stop the test and resubmit it with an updated setup (there is no way to edit an already running test cycle). Editing the test instructions or environment will render the logged bugs "invalid," which results in problems with bug assessment and tester payout on our side.
