Our API needs to know what bug information must be shown in your Jira fields. As Jira (pretty much like any other bug tracker) is a highly customizable tool, you need to tell test IO what kind of data you want to see in the fields of your Jira ticket. By mapping test IO to your Jira fields, you match up test IO severities and your internal bug classifications as well as what should be displayed in the ticket title, the description, and other information.

Here, you can either select from a range of tags from a drop-down menu, or enter your own tags using the text-input functionality.
