The earliest time your test can be started is the next full hour after submitting it. For example, if you are launching your test at 12:55 pm, the closest available start time would be 2:00 pm. If it's 12:01 pm, the start time is still going to be 2:00 pm. 

We need an extra hour to find a team lead, make sure that the environment is accessible, the instructions are clear, and to invite the testers. We will get back to you in case of questions. 

The test results will be forwarded to you as soon as they pass the internal review (in most cases, first bugs appear while the test is still running).

If we have an extremely high volume of results to process, there may be a one-three hour delay.
