You can create test drafts for your Focused, Coverage, Custom, and Usability tests. Once you are done specifying the Features and test instructions, click on "Create Test." This will create a test draft which you are able to edit anytime from your list of tests ("All tests"). 

When you are happy with your setup, adjust the start time if necessary and click "Submit." Submitting a created test will send it in for review. Please keep in mind you cannot edit an already submitted test. Please reach out to support or your Customer Success Manager if you need changes to be made.
