One major benefit of the crowd is device coverage, which is why we encourage customers to keep their device requirements broad. This allows for testers with devices not in-house to report issues; however, it is still possible that not every device is covered.
Should you have specific or high priority device requirements, please update the device requirements when creating a test to narrow the requested device set in order to increase the likelihood that these devices are tested.
